At PCT Children’s Services, we believe that every child has the potential to grow, thrive, and heal—given the right care, environment, and emotional support. Through our Eastways residential home on the Norfolk coast, we offer a safe, structured, and nurturing space for young people aged 8–18 facing emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges.
We're not just a children’s home. We're a place of stability, compassion, and second chances—where trusted adults walk alongside children, helping them rebuild trust, learn life skills, and rediscover their sense of self-worth.

A Home with Heart
Set just steps from the sea in the quiet village of Bacton, Eastways is a peaceful, purpose-built space where children can feel secure and supported. Each young person has their own bedroom, with the freedom to personalise it and make it their own. Communal areas encourage connection, and our staff team ensures that every child receives the quality attention, guidance, and presence they need to feel valued.

What We Do
Every child is unique—and so is the care we provide. We offer:
Full-time residential care in a calm, family-style home
Support for trauma, attachment, emotional and behavioural needs
Education placements and academic support
Access to therapy and psychological assessments
Life skills training and community integration

Our Team & Training
We only recruit emotionally available, empathetic, and compassionate individuals—people who are genuinely invested in helping children move forward. No experience? No problem. We offer full training and the opportunity to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within your first 6 months.
